  1. First, click "Test Connection" to verify Airtable connectivity
  2. Check that you have customer records in your Airtable
  3. Ensure the email/phone matches exactly what's in your caller data tables
  4. Verify AIRTABLE_BASE_ID and AIRTABLE_API_KEY are set in environment variables
  5. Check browser console for additional error details
